AuroraMUSH runs a variant of TinyMUX, with a number of other useful features added by Soruk, the spod who, along with a number of others, seemingly runs the place.
Recently, this self-styled idiot added another questionably-useful feature to the MUSH, enabling it to double up as a POP3 server. WHY?!
Oh, OK. You can now read your MUSH mail from a normal mail reader. Including Pine, Netscape and (if you are even more insane than the person who did this) Outlook. The author of this code has not tried it in Outlook, so is either guessing or just plain making it up to look good on the web site.To use this feature, get your mail client to connect to aurora.matrixnetwork.co.uk port 4191. Many clients will expect it to be specified as aurora.matrixnetwork.co.uk:4191. Use your normal MUSH login and password to authenticate.
